listen, im a big fan of the bagel. cinnamon, everything, blueberry, all of them are fire. like many other bagel fans, i love a fat pile of schmear (cream cheese for all you non baglers) right on top. im talking at least an inch, inch and a half of schmear on this bagel. however, putting that much regular cream cheese on a bagel (1) takes forever to spread and (2) makes me shit like a horse. enter whipped cream cheese. lighter than regular schmear, and is much easier to pile on a bagel. no tummy ache, but still a big phat inch of schmear on that thang. big fan, highly recommend.
