if you live anywhere these grow (i know they do in the midwest, probably other spots too!) i highly, highly recommend. theyβre wild onions and theyβre so good in pasta sauce, with eggs, in pesto. i know they can sometimes be over-foraged, so i usually look for them at a co-op.
also iβm always an asparagus fan! i used to not care for it but experimenting with different cooking methods really turned me around on it.
