There is enough bad news online to keep me up at night so I subscribe to Nice News which reminds me that there are bright lights of humanity glimmering in our world.
and am really, really terrible at social media. i think this might be why this place appeals to me (from what i can see so far). i just turned 35 (today) and am realizing that i miss just being-in-existence with others. i want to share about my audio system (and how i don’t really know what i’m doing with it). i want to share about re-designing my house along with my (much cooler than me) wife. i live a life and it’s messy and that’s okay. anyway. hi.
i’ve been very unhappy with my weight gain and lack of drive to lose it. i used to be in shape and an athlete and now i am exhausted walking up the steps. i’ve been taking walks and have been more active but am now considering a form of safe fasting because my biggest issue has been food intake. i *love* to eat. trying to share in hopes of being held accountable (by myself by making it known). sigh.
