Great album, the whole record absolutely slaps and is Squid at the top of their game! "Building 650" is my favorite track, but I recommend listening from start to finish, it's got a great flow!
I'm a huge slam fan and this album brings the perfect slam sound. I recommend this album to people who want to understand what the "sound" of the genre is. The man behind the album was only 16 when he made it and it managed to be better than many works that artists with years in the industry have produced. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to hear some amazing heavy music.
A website with a collection of screengrabs from nearly every movie you could think of, and you can sort by film title, director, cinematographer, year, genre, country, etc. Great for visual references for lookbooks, or just to discover a new film you might be interested in seeing! I've attached one of my favorite stills, a great moment from Chungking Express (Dir. Wong Kar-Wai, 1994).
At my local indie cinema for a projection of the new Nosferatu, infinitely grateful I have a place like this I can go to see new stuff and incredible programming!
