i feel like this is very self explanatory but ill explain it anyway elliott smith is so fucking brilliant and timeless and wonderful his art just makes me happy to be alive and feel understood melancholy sound + timid voice + looking out the car window = a good time anyway i feel this is a very popular take and if not than we should definitely popularize it
this album is no skips top to bottom. st ides heaven is my favorite. love how most songs have minimal instruments. with lyrics that feel like getting stabbed in the heart and beautifully wispy vocals, ideal listening time for this is at NIGHT on a WALK when its a LITTLE BIT COLD.
