It's a beloved chand raat (night before Eid) ritual. Friends, cousins, mothers hanging out together and putting henna on each other's hands. I think henna should be as common as doing your nails because it makes your hands look so beautiful.
Itβs a little thing that makes me feel put together and since itβs not something I have to do for hygiene purposes it feels extra special. And having to sit to wait for them to dry really makes me slow down.
I'm crushing hardd on this guy who's helping me with my french. I haven't blushed and giggled so much in a while π₯Ή
The best part is that there are no expectations bc he lives in a different continent so I just get to enjoy the idea of him as long as I can. And it has really made me more attentive towards learning french so win-win hehe ππ
