I don’t drink it for the health benefits, I drink it for the taste. I like it out of a large red wine glass with one big ice cube like you would have with whiskey. I have to limit myself to one every other day because drinking too much apple cider vinegar gives me UTI-like symptoms. Enjoy at your own risk.

I’ve famously always said June should be the first month of the year. It is when the year truly begins. I’m not even awake or paying attention to anything until the sun starts setting past eight. The anticipation of summer is over but you still have the whole thing in front of you.

In the running for probably my favorite book of all time. I wanted to be Anne so bad when I read this book for the first time when I was eleven. Since then I have reread this probably five or six times. The ultimate springtime read — makes you cool with being alive again . My copy is from 1968 and basically ripped in half. If you have a tendency to be a miserable bitch who feels sorry for themselves you need some Anne pronto. I will never watch the show or movie because the book is so perfect in my little mind I don’t want anything to ruin it. PEI is my ultimate destination.
