I can relate to the struggle to make a routine for something and I use the Due app which has a nagging reminder feature that bugs you (every 5 min to several hours) until you complete your new habit. The first 30 days will be the hardest. Note that some features require a “subscription“ but you only have to pay like $3 once and then cancel and you get to keep everything you paid for.

there are plenty of apps that help you record what you spend your money on i would recommend this cause it can help you realize where a lot of your money goes and better adjust your spending habits be sure to set reminders to do so (i would even put it on a sticky note in your room some place as a physical reminder)

Streaks helps me not forget any parts of my daily routines and habits; i use it to make sure i don’t skip more than one day between workouts, to make sure i do my morning journals, and for keeping track of water intake. someone recommended Things in the past, and i’d say i use the two apps pretty effectively together… Streaks gives me nice feedback about how long i’ve been keeping a streak going, longest streaks, etc; where Things is really useful for one off tasks or larger projects.

Grabbed a cheese before my shower, carried it around because I forgot to eat it, got ready for a shower, decided to bring it in with me. 9/10 would recommend.

So toasty and warm in my cocoon. The snow blocks all noise when you sleep. When you walk the sound is pure ASMR. I like it so much I shot a video about it.
