simple podcast i listen to in the mornings that makes me feel better about life. it’s by the same lady (Victoria Hutchins/@thedailyvictorian) who makes those yoga videos and reads poetry.
Hosted by the writer Norah McInerny (known mostly for her work surrounding grief), people write in to share that one little thing that helps them keep going. It’s released throughout the work week and episodes are only about 15-20 min. It’s a nice way to start the day! Often what I’m listening to while waiting for the coffee to brew or kettle to get hot.
With soothing voices and delectable insights - it’s one of the most comforting podcasts I always come back to.

even if shit continues to hit the fan, pretty much everyone ends up exactly where they’re supposed to be. you will find a place to live, a job, a lover, friends, etc. just keep going and it will be ok.
