Went to the dietitian and she told I had to stop eating bread. I damn near got up and left.
Food with bread in it is one of life’s greatest pleasures. Especially sandwiches which is basically a salad with bigger croutons🙄
What I can do is eat less bread but even then, I WILL be going to subway once in a while and I think that’s okay. Sue me.
I usually get my lunch from uni and they have these chicken sandwiches which I used to get everyday but my friends said that eating a chicken sandwich everyday was not healthy (it was made with wheat bread for fucks sake it was health) so now I try to have something different everyday like rice
it’s been a wrap/burrito/sandwich type of week
wrap anything and bread and i swear it’s 100 times better
