the corporate dress code at my job is extremely strict and arbitrary at times. its not the worst thing ever as it doesn’t deviate too far from my fashion taste but i wish the pay reflected the prices of buying the corporate clothing.
all my work shirts are trashed from overuse so now I just wear it for the first couple of hours and then switch into something that looks way better and my bosses could not care less!
moving to germany for masters in sept and already facing imposter syndrome and being preemptively afraid. this decision only makes me admire my mom more (somehow even more than i did before) for coming to the US by herself with no one to help. If anyone has any advice for living in germany (40 mins north from frankfurt) as a foreigner, pls let me know :)
