@PICKLEDLUYA very worth catching. He thanked us for making his younger self’s dreams come true and then sung a bunch of sad songs abt his college girlfriends. RLF is so real

@JXCK his show in my city was exactly a week ago </3 i listened to him lots last summer and assumed he was not alive so hearing that he is alive and well and doing shows and living the dream makes me so happy! also i shall refer to him as RLF now it has a nice ring to it! and very awesome that you ran into RLF instead of ppl that need not be seen! i am personally catastrophizing going to any future shows in fear of seeing ppl need not be seen! it feels so silly

going to the yo la tengo show in yr town | 2024

In Omaha, they opened with a light version of "Big Day Coming" & simply kept bringing it. Two full sets, no opener, plus encore with requests. Highlights: An incredible "Mr. Tough" - didn't even miss the horns Ira wailed - possessed / on fire / choose yr meatphor Georgia finishing the whole night with "My Little Corner of the World" & the FOH engineer taking a whistle solo

Years ago this girl was having a birthday party (I brought a Tech Deck and Dr Pepper as gifts) and I ended up smoking a joint like a cig in her backyard. when I had to go to the bathroom I convinced myself that her tile was made of carpet. became so sure that I was about to piss on the ground by accident and that I couldn’t stand up to pee. Instead of sitting down i got on my knees and hit the bowl from half height. I then drank the Dr Pepper I brought and fell asleep on the living room floor (actual carpet). Now when I get high and feel the warmth I start tweaking abt having to go to the bathroom.
