Cooking is a love language for me, so I try to make lots of different stuff all of the time. I love to make brownies and cookies often. I work at a fruit farm, so I get lots of free fruit to put into cobblers, jams, and syrups.
Meals wise, rice bowls in many different forms are so reliable. I often make them with shrimp, carrots, cucumber, seaweed, edamame, and spicy mayo ๐
Soup is ALWAYS on the list as well, any kind!
The meal I eat every day no joke is:
Boiled chickpeas
Boiled black beans
Jasmine rice
Iโll put baked tofu, tuna, sauerkraut and lettuce among other things in there but it always has a base of chickpeas black beans jasmine rice.

Basically a rice porridge with shreds of chicken in it. Great to have when youโre sick as it feels like a warm hug. You can spice it up anyway you want. I usually overload it with soy sauce, fried garlic and onion.
