im trying to make a sourdough starter for the first time (WISH ME LUCK!!!!!!!) because everything is expensive and i need sourdough. fuck the government bake stuff
great now i gotta be responsible for this goop (this feels like a very retro throwback 2020 thing to do BUT i was in covid isolation for about ten days and so i've been following theperfectloaf.com's guide to making a starter from scratch. have i actually baked a loaf yet? no. but i do have a science project)
turns out boundaries can be kinda epic and awful at the same time
but I will recommend them because I can sleep at night knowing I stood up for myself and what I believe to be my truth , even though I wanted to Bend to someone elseβs will so bad in order to not lose access to them.
