1 was at a party yesterday wearing my old red ballerina flats. i have had them for years, probably over ten years at this point. i still remember when i bought them, 1 was 15 and a bit awkward and i knew they were out of fashion but i liked them so much that i didn't care. i wore them once to school, people made fun of me... so i didn't wear them for years. lately i've been wearing them again, they're comfortable and still cute. it wasn't until yesterday evening, when i went to the toilet that i realized how much i liked them. it was about 3am and i was kinda drunk, but i took a cute pic of them.

Baby shoes

they’re like normal shoes but they’re small and cute as hell. look at them. they fit in the palm of my hand… whenever i look at them i think “hah those shoes are smaller than they should be” also they represent something so temporary but joyous. like those shoes probably fit me for a grand total of 3 months but damn did i look good for those 3 months… worth it i found 3 pairs of my old shoes and hung them on my wall. ngl my lil ass was drippy as hell. look at these sneaks???

MONOGRAMMED BALLET FLATS

I wear mine, uh, literally everyday. Summer, winter; galas! When one pair gets too dirty and too worn-thin I buy another of the exact same pair. Pale pink base. Turquoise lettering. Cherry-red shadows. String tied in double knotted bows so they never come undone. It’s big Gossip Girl 2010’s energy and that is an energy that I am all about. Life was good!
