quite literally the only album I consider no-skip. It is cathartic like nothing else, perfectly tinning the feeling of scream crying in your car into 30 minutes of ethereal indie punk magic. The perfect soundtrack to breakdowns, breakups, spring evening make-outs, and foggy morning walks, it has a versatility most artists could only ever dream to achieve. The album is bookended by it's two best tracks, with the titular opening track plunging you right into the emotional flurry of the album, and the final track, Split Me Open, gently reassuring you that despite your outcries 'nothing's gonna change'. A thoughtful listen will ride you up and down throughout, dizzying you like a 3rd set moshpit. This album makes me want to get crushed out like a moody high school punk all over again. absolute magic, an all timer, will never go stale. MP rules OK

Here are three! Wildly different vibes here, sorry for the whiplash Hospital Bracelet is Midwest emo, kinda angry, less romantic yearning. More like yearning for better things. wished bone is ethereal. I had super intense fever dreams to this album one time. pollinate me and spring time lover still have the power to stop me dead in my tracks. Medium Build just gets it. I listened to this album for the first time on a road trip to see the eclipse this last year and my partner was asleep in my lap. It made me tear up. Love love love

Honestly, I hate picking favorites when it comes to music. But I'm literally listening to this one right now, and really, there's not a month I haven't heard this album in the last 20 years. And when I listen, it's always the whole thing. How perfect is this album? Just perfect. Is it for you? If you have any room in your heart for perfect pop structures, clean—yet oh so heartfelt—execution and that perfect mix of bitter and sweet. If you like jangly guitars, harmonies and the best qualities of 90s radio, please give it a shot.

This album really changed my life when I heard it. It was at the exact right point in my life where I wanted to romanticize being sad and lonely and I wanted to Yearn! Musically, this album has impacted me more than I realized. I was going through some old song ideas on my computer today and nearly all of them had blips and clicks panned hard left and right along with guitar and nursery rhyme melodies. A very special record to me that I encourage you to revisit or check out for the first time love you so much seriously my page is the best I love my fans!!!

doodle some stuff and photocopy some random objects. write terrible poetry and print it. It doesn't have to mean anything to be art. leave them in cafes and train stations for anyone to find

sometimes rest and revitalization is not the vibe. stay up all night reading the most depressing book you own, get something spicy for breakfast. swim in the ocean the next day then sleep better than you’ve ever slept before.

without the heater on (or just set to a lower temperature) you get to break out your cute throw blankets and make cozy drinks plus you're more aware of the weather. Cool easy way to connect with your environment and also save some money
