When I was seven, an 80s movie aired on TV, and I watched it until my mom turned it off at bedtime. I cried, wanting to see the rest, but she refused, and I eventually fell asleep. The next day, I couldn’t remember the movie’s name, so I never finished it—until today. It aired again, and the experience was surreal; I remembered every detail and finally saw the ending.

❓I was seeing the movie Rocky Balboa in theaters as a kid and during the final fight scene between Rocky and Antonio Tarvar's character, when Rocky starts making a miraculous comeback and the crowd around me was hooting and hollering, I heard the woman sitting directly behind me yell, "Yes Rocky! Kill that (n-word)!" But, you know, uncensored, hard R. I don't remember a single other thing that happened in the movie and I still can't fully believe it even really happened because no one else said anything to her????
