my current obsession as of late is reading and watching minivan life content. Stealth camping and never paying rent or being stuck anywhere sounds so cool like imagine just having your home be portable and being able to just stay in another town for a weekend purely for the vibes or just camping whenever you feel like it. Obvi a WFH gig would be ideal for this but like the freedom during non workdays also makes it worth it for me. Idk what do you guys think is it worth trying out for a spell some time down the line or maybe Iโm being too idealistic and it will be hell haha
i have always been nomadic at heart, so my favorite thing to do is just pack up the car with camping gear and snacks and pick a direction. make sure you have gas money and stop at all the stupid lil stops you see along the way like the world's largest rocking chair and only eat at small local restaurants and drink too much caffeine and take lots of pictures. it's so freeing and you'll have so many fun stories.
Super well written and has been a consistent favorite of mine for years. If you like Kerouac youโll also like the other beat poets probably. Allen Ginsbergโs poem Kaddish is in my opinion the best thing he ever wrote. I think it beats howl.
