when i start feeling hopeless about my future career prospects and/or my relationships with other people i simply try to push it out of my brain and distract myself (usually with my phone, but iβm trying to use better methods, the best usually involve moving my body some way and/or completing a difficult task) sometimes this works sometimes this doesnβt. be wary of letting yourself go too much in the opposite way and falling into the unrealistic perfect fantasy daydream hole.
