I am generally phone call phobic, the thought of them makes me anxious and they always leave me feeling exhausted. But my friend Alice from uni is the only two people who out of the blue calls me and I actually answer. Just had an hour phone call and Iโm so glad I answered! I got gossip! I got love! I got support! I got secrets! Maybe call your friends more, or answer when they call sometimes. This is mostly a reminder to myself.
