i have many favorites, this is most recent. 3 piece band - drums, keys, saxophone + 2 vocalists. detroit jazz and techno celebrated at its finest while they performed his recent album “Cherry Blossom Baby”. the concept of “soul music” encompassed by the feeling we all shared watching them play together.

I saw all 3 live for the first time yesterday at The Sultan Room and I think they were all amazing. Their music made me feel like in an early 2000’s NYC movie. i’ve been meaning to see these guys live since meisha (lead singer, pictured) got up out of the audience and sang honey at a drugdealer concert i went to early last year. they entirely lived up to my expectations!!!!! just really sexy & really jazzy, what more do u need???? did a cover of glory box by portishead & it suited meisha’s voice so much

I’M STILL IN LOVE WITH YOU BY AL GREEN
