Im sure im not the only one who’s recommended this . But its on repeat !! I heard of this imminently coming out a bit ago and to be honest I was hesitant to listen… to me moon safari (by air) is one of The ancient texts of music.. just a North Star type document to me. So to have someone else’s hands on it (albeit the hands of an artist I’m not very versed in at all) was deterring. but just… wow… its definitely clear from how this sounds that Vegyn loves Moon Safari and Air just as much as the most avid air listeners, the highest respecters of Music even. and just wanted to extend the lifespan of this already enduring work… I just love when this happens with pieces of art I care about but also just as a testament to beautiful art itself. Like fr this remix album has made me emotional and euphoric and stunned and grateful to be alive! 🫣🫣🥲🥲

Honestly this might be the best remix album out there, I wouldnt say it’s better than the original but it definitely adds something fresh to this classic album. I don’t know how to explain, it’s different enough but also similar enough haha.

i already posted about this on my music-centric public finsta/meme insta account (@valleygirl5678 as well if ya wanna follow 😛) but wow this album might be one of my faves of the year. after a first listen of a new album i usually dont feel the urge to listen again until at least the next day because i usually need time to let the first listen sort of settle in before going back to it. but this album... like i immediately had the urge to listen again i craved it (a feeling i have honestly not had with a new album since maybe magdalena bay's 'imaginal disk' from last year???) but ya listen to this album u will not regret it!!! such an easy listen but also quite experimental for a rock album which is great its the perfect combo 🤍

⭐I liked finding out that this is a word/thing cuz I totally relate. I just love (going to or hosting) events (apartment housewarmings, dj sets, dinners, breakfasts, movie nights, whatever it may be..). if it's a thing that's happening and I'm with/inviting friends, it's An Event idc!

🪞By just having some time to myself to smoke a j alone and vibe in my room.
