spring is my favorite season but ohh do i hate allergies

they're very bad this year, i can barely go outside for a prolonged period of time. been taking allegra as well as using an inhaler and nasal spray. i have a doctor's appointment soon but i just wanna go outside and see everything bloom. does any1 possibly have recs on anything that may help ?

Allergy season

I gotta say, these allergies have me in a CHOKEHOLD. But in spirit of trying to see the 'glass half full' type shit, having allergies is actually making me feel a little high. It's a natural high! I can't remember anything that happened last night, why? Because the allergies have literally taken over my brain! It's a weird state to be in; if you have friends that are STRUGGLING right now, be nice to them, we're just trying to survive out there.

SEASONAL ALLERGIES ARE BRUTAL

it’s 1:30 am i just took two knockoff benadryls and ate three pieces of week old key lime pie in the dark after sneezing in groups of fours for an hour and having snot pour out of me. sorry but i’m suffering. where are my seasonal allergy victims at?? i want to rip my nostrils out i can’t believe i have to endure this itchy sneezy nonsensical torture so often

saw a bunch of birds chirping extremely loudly at each other. ive never wanted to be fluent in bird chirps more than that moment. feeling like a third wheel right now.
