always been anti-camping but i went camping and i actually enjoyed it. lack of light pollution and beautiful stars was lovely. didn’t sleep at all though and there were spiders everywhere
Ah getting out and being one with nature. I prefer dirty tent camping with minimal showers and toilet being a hole in the ground. But there are many ways you can camp. Bringing the right friends can really boost the experience too.
Most people seem to like the nice aspects of camping - going outdoors, getting away from society and getting in touch w nature What seems to push most people (and me) back from camping is the lack of comfort and the amount of fiddling around you have to do It takes 5 mins to set up and I love having somewhere warm, dry and comfy to come back to at the end of the day It’s defo helped me appreciate how beautiful the English countryside is
