I don’t usually dream so when you have a dream where somebody hugs you it feels realer than other stuff
i Also still don’t know how to use this app I just felt like putting thoughts somewhere other than the notes app

it’s always so weird when your real life and thoughts in the day make it into your dreams
it’s like an alternative tv show of your life with your friends and family making appearances as different characters in different scenarios

first thing i do when i wake up is remember what i dreamed last night and write it down in the notes app, i try to give as much detail as possible. the when a few days/weeks/months have past i read what ive written down and just start lmao-ing bc it is genuinely the craziest sht. its really fun

Not to go too deep on the subject, however, the brain is so strong.
How can i explain to myself that whatever i experience during my dream is not real.
What i am talking about is the emotion, the warmth of being loved by someone who was just made up by my own mind, the whole story line, the whole happiness and joy i've felt during it and the emptiness that i've felt once i woke up.
Even the smallest touch felt so real ...
A feeling of missing someone that i knew for so long yet none of it was real...
