@MAD1 if i’m getting spinach it’s always part of a plan. usually it’s bc i intend to meal prep a salad for lunch (keeping the ingredients separate from the leaves until i’m about to eat, otherwise it’s Soggy Town) and i’m going to eat it every day until it’s gone, and/or i’ll throw a handful or two into a pasta sauce or something for dinner. if i notice it’s about to go bad before i can deal with it, i throw it in a bag and freeze it, then use it in sauces or soups etc. when i’m really on top of my shit, i transfer it to a container with a paper towel on the bottom and top which absorbs the moisture so it keeps longer! those are my Spinach Secrets
