Film camera from Depop

If you’re a thriftier person than I am, you can find some gems for much cheaper at a thrift store (the only risk is that they don’t work!). I wanted a replacement for disposable cameras, and found this Canon Sure Shot Owl 35mm camera on Depop. It’s super fun and easy to use!

weird film for cameras

i first bought a film camera at an antique shop last summer and i immediately fell in love with it. despite the cost of film and development, i love it so much more than most cameras. i grew up accidentally collecting cameras from thrift stores and my mom’s friends, including one of the very first popular models of polaroid camera! when i bought the film, the man who owned the store gave me some free 18-exposure (i think ?) film. when i got the film developed, i realized that there was this blue hue to the photos. i am not sure why and didnt think to google it but for whatever reason, the next set of developed photos had that same hue, but ONLY FOR THE FIRST 8 EXPOSURES i was so confused but i dont care honestly it looked good while it lasted

being offered a job

what’s that like? i’ve never experienced it. i’ve been searching for a job nonstop for the past five months and fucking no one has gotten back to me. i haven’t even been called back to say i didn’t get the job. i’m sick of it. i’m not in desperate need of a job but i’d rather have one before i am. i was expecting a call back all day. i waited by the fucking phone. i called because i was expecting a call this week, and the guy who interviewed me said “i’ll call you tomorrow.” fuck you. i hope you can’t sleep at night because you keep having dreams about your ex. i hope she calls you the next day and says she wants to get back together with you and she’ll meet you at your favorite date spot. i hope she stands you up, dan. i hope everything bad that could happen to you, happens. i wish murphy’s law upon you. edit: it’s so funny because this is my first semi-serious post that’s doing NUMBERS. thought i’d point that out and brag a little. maybe i don’t need a job after all. can i monetize this post?
