One of the lesser watched Hitchcock films, and his first in Technicolor, it was a bold experiment in filmmaking at the time. The director used long takes and ”hidden” cuts to make the film feel like it’s all happening in a single take, allowing the plot to unfold in real time similar to the original stage play.

just watched Brian De Palma’s Sisters for the first time and loved it. so many interesting style elements in one 93 minute film. nice psychological thriller !
