Journaling is a healing tool and a means of communication with yourself across time (the past). Journal to remember, journal to forget. Journal so you have something to look back on. Donโt think too much, just write as whatever is coming to your head.
I've been journaling lately, and it's been such a game-changer! It's super simple โ just grab a notebook or even an app on your phone. The best part is, there's no right or wrong way to do it. You can write (draw) about anything that's on your mind, from daily happenings to random thoughts and feelings.
It's a great way to clear your head and get in touch with yourself. Plus, it can be really therapeutic to see your thoughts on paper (or screen). You might find it helps you process stuff and even spark some new ideas. Give it a try
I love journaling. Writing, drawing, listing, word vomiting, listening to music/lyrics, etc. It is how I keep myself safe, sane, and smart about my emotions. I am always getting better at it.
I journal nearly every day and it has changed my life. I feel like I know myself much more deeply and remember things better because of it. Sometimes I write many pages and other times just a few sentences. I like how it can be as silly or serious as I want and I like how itโs only for me.
Guys, letโs be a community again please. I hate that so many people are scared of judgment. I go to a commuter school and so many people would rather run away from each other and be alone and cry themselves and smoke to cope than just start a conversation with the next person. It really gets to a point bruh where you gotta ask yourself how long are you gonna be a bitch for. How long are you gonna deny yourself the life you want because youโre scared. Guys, letโs normalize saying hi. No more bending your neck into your phone when you see someone you know.
