The ‘Girls’ to ‘Sex And The City’ pipeline is real. The world of Carrie, Miranda, Charlotte, and Samantha feels a million miles away, but I enjoy the light dose of end-of-history-fantasy and the find single-minded, serious focus on romance and friendship endearing.
Also I find it morbidly fascinating to watch tv from an era before everyone became neurotic… they really don’t make em like this anymore.
