cheap eats that look fancy af. my faves:
toast with miso, avocado, and everything bagel seasoning
ina garten’s cauliflower toast
toast with lemony ricotta, anchovies, jammy eggs, and chives
toast with tomato confit and feta
i caretake for my mom and recently we've been eating a lot of "ultimate toast" which is a baguette or bolillo cut into thick discs with scrambled eggs, black beans, and guacmole on top - i season my black beans very well and have a lot of lemon in my guacamole to cut the richness. its pretty great and leaves me full for most of the day.
