sometimes a great leader will step up before you can say a word. sometimes nobody will say anything and everything will crash and burn on its own. the best option in my eyes is to recognize the situation and do what will benefit everyone most, even if its not what youโd prefer the most
write out everything you want to say, put it down, come back to it, figure out if it's the right tone, captures your intention, and maintains everyone's integrity. always helpful to run it by another person who you trust to see how it lands.
