I've been staying in many hostels recently and putting this on through my noise cancelling headphones transports me.
I particularly liked listening to "the French library" episode while in Paris.

Okay so sometimes I put on a Jenny Nicholson video and fall asleep to that, but recently I’ve been into this podcast that is exactly what it sounds like.
its great if you‘re like me and just like having voices going on in the background while you sleep
A lot of the time when I watch a Jenny video or listen to a different podcast I get distracted by the content, so BMTS has helped me by just being the essence of conversation I guess.

i just discovered this one today, it is patreon only ($3/mo) and the one episode i listened to felt like a lullaby. the host interviews vintage collectors of all kinds and asks them about their personal histories with fashion and clothing as well as their influences, philosophies etc. something about this is so soothing. it is engaging but not necessarily dynamic so i think it would be lovely to fall asleep to!!

ah yes now it is time to sleep. I like the act of blowing it out as well as the smell that follows. I do however find myself anxious to not accidentally fall asleep while it's lit, sometimes I wish I could sleep with it still going.
