It’s such a funny use of incorrect Spanish, and the song really is quite good even though it seems people have soured on U2 a bit. Men I trust have done a few songs with French lately but this is the first thing that came to mind lol

I have no idea why the U2 hate is so crazy! I remember in 2014 when they gave everyone their album and it downloaded automatically, I was sitting next to a girl in class and I was like “oh my gosh somehow I have a new U2 album on my phone for free!” and I was so excited, come to find out it wasn’t an accident and a lot of people weren’t happy they got it😭

@SAYLOR As someone who grew up listening to U2: Bono is the most brilliant, visionary, morally just, and insightful person in the world. I heard him say so himself! What’s the difference between Bono and God? God doesn‘t think he’s Bono. U2: Governments don’t help the poor Also U2: let’s not pay taxes and avoid them for years

I found out about this album through a Reddit post of some person that made a Topster of blue albums. this one intrigued me the most because he looks like a typical 90's pop punk boy on the cover. after giving it a listen it has become one of my favorite albums and my comfort album. it's a mix of trip hop and rock. it's a rarity to me finding out about Spanish trip hop. still wish this guy was still alive to keep entertaining me

On the matter of this, i have a Spanish song that i understand nothing of BUT i feel it! I don’t remember how i got to find it in the first place but ever since i’ve been jumping into playlists and artist that i never heard of or been recommended by algorithms. The song is one of my ever favourites and i don’t plan to know the words until i learn Spanish 🇪🇸

explorador - Fother Muckers
chilean rock band mostly active in the early 2000’s but i saw them live last year and goddamn these lads were having the best time together. i just love this song - even if you don’t speak spanish i think the sense of possibility and playful hunger for the world is transmitted. goes insanely hard in the car on a sunny day.

FUR ON SKIN
My beloved waits for me while I’m showering sometimes and when I come out lets me cradle her to my chest. I think it is the purest love I have ever felt for anything. I’ve read that people do this with human babies to foster connection, but human babies aren’t as soft and fuzzy and they don’t purr so I think this is better.
