MOUTH GUARD
I’ve been in dentist hell since december after having avoided the dentist for about two yrs. If I had known grinding my teeth would lead to this torture and discomfort, I wouldve used my mouth guard to sleep more often! this is kinda a anti-rec for crowns tbh

Going to the dentist in a few days feel like I’m gonna have to suck it up and pay for the expensive night guard

INHALING Dust Off
When I was 17 I knocked my front teeth out huffing this stuff. Passed out and face planted on the kitchen floor. I have crowns now and I’m pretty sure one of the roots is infected. I need to go to the dentist.

Finally started wearing my mouth guard every Night
it might see like a small thing but i experience terrible TMJ symptoms during the day & wearing the mouth guard at night helps so much! really glad i finally trusted it and found some relief :)
