The fact that Ticketmaster is basically comic book evil has made me suspicious of how good dice is. Pretty much only used for small shows but still the best ticketing experience by far.
Honestly best way to find gigs and is a good way to fill up a few hours on your evenings. And as an app in general, Dice is great. Lots of paid gigs, yes, but lots of free gigs and events too.
Recommend trying to avoid using your phone’s camera at all cost. Find an old film camera, a disposable, a digital camera, an old camcorder. Phone cameras make the whole world look flat and ugly.
Talked to a couple of members of an opener and was able to get a CD of their album that isn’t out for 2 months. Just because they play instruments On stage doesn’t mean they aren’t normal people.
