My closest friend and I’s favorite way to say happy birthday to each other is to wish each other well on our next rotation around the sun.
Feels like a similar feeling to happy returns.
in italian families instead of saying “cheers” we sometimes say “cent‘anni” which basically means “may you live 100 years” :)
