Nervous system reset! Went for a long walk with a friend who lives nearby but doesn't visit often. Beautiful surprises all over the place (flowers, chipmunks, baby turtles.) We had an awesome time

At lunchtime I bought a huge orangeโ€” The size of it made us all laugh. I peeled it and shared it with Robert and Daveโ€” They got quarters and I got a half. And that orange, it made me so happy, As ordinary things often do Just lately. The shopping. A walk in the park. This is peace and contentment. It's new. The rest of the day was quite easy. I did all the jobs on my list And enjoyed them and had some time over. I love you. I'm glad I exist. that's all to say, I think it's the little moments. And the people, mostly. If you're open to crying, We Live In Time speaks to a similar sentiment. All we have is time! For me, when I focus on/appreciate moments and people, it puts things into perspective and takes pressure off. Also, capitalism is a trap. The powers that be are so afraid of us appreciating orange
