Two Dress, Three Shirt is the ratio Iâm following now, layering a slip dress or petticoat dress under a sheer dress for a more undone look, or if Iâm wearing a skirt, the top layers go tee, overshirt, jacket. Thinner layers and less poufyâstill very magpie, maybe a little more grungy. Lynn Yaeger is the poster child of 2Dress3Shirt.Â

Alright boys & girls & all people, we have entered that small window in the northeast where you want to wear a long sleeve t-shirt or jacket or hoodie, but you also want to wear shorts. As the (unofficial) sovereign & all-knowing harbinger of getting cute little fits off for pi.fyiâ˘ď¸ (working title btw) I am approving all outfits that make this combo work for the foreseeable future. It doesnât even have to look good because it just feels good.
Ladies, letâs keep it classy please. Remember: modest is hottest, or something.
Boys, weâre in the 3â inseam category rn. You need to look like youâre about to run a sub-5 minute mile. You need to look like a few misteps might cause a peep show. Iâm talking 75% of thighs are out on display.

My perfect relationship with my phone is one where I can send signals but canât receive them. I love Rachel Howeâs tarot deck and handbook and seek her out whenever sheâs in New Yorkâwhich is rare. In the times I canât find her IRL, I visit a URL version of her deck for a daily pull. A nice way to center yourself each morning.Â
