It was based on the meanings of my first and middle names, but in the interest of moving away from name-based usernames, I changed it to the phrase a carnival worker used to get my attention in 2015. I used it as a tumblr url for several years after that lol
I used to be โetherealalienโ on every damn platform because I thought it sounded nice. Turns out people have been calling me โe the real alienโ for a decade. Time for a much needed change!
