I WENT TO THE DJO CONCERT LAST WEEK AND IT WAS THE BEST TIME OF MY LIFE! it was my first time every going to a concert and I was going alone and the venue was like two hours away so I was hella nervous but everything worked out because I had the best time! I can't believe I got to see the songs I love so much played live and I can't believe I saw everyone who made these songs, Joe especially, up close singing their heart out. It was the craziest experience of my life I hope I never forget it! Yes I did cry at the of beginning but I cried more during chateau and smoked and laughed at gap tooth smile and jumped and danced to flash mountain! Also I saw a rainbow outside the venue :) and this selfie made me feel like a real rocker chic - Avril Lavigne

Been my phone background for a minute now, both for the theatrics of the concert but also it just reminds me of a great long weekend round the holidays with friends in the big apple. the band ripped, went to a work christmas party at my friend’s place in midtown after the show, smoked a joint in Central Park at 3 in the morning with his roommate while walking the dog before going to bed on an air mattress in the living room, rented out our favorite sushi restaurant the next night for a private party (have more favorite photos from that night but I didn’t take them); the world cup final was also that weekend and was the perfect sunday morning comedown before heading back to philly

It’s that time of year. Make a pitcher of iced tea and get outside. Can be done solo, in pairs, in groups. Can make herbal tea, green tea, black tea, you name it.
