I LOVE A PHYSICAL CALANDER
I like to get a cute calander online (currently Van Gogh paintings) and write deadlines and events on it. Physically writing on it and crossing off days helps me keep on track in a way my phone/chromebooks calander never has. You can colour code! You can scribble! I just flip over to a new month, add my weekly commitments and then check my assesment schedule for school and add those, along with anything which comes up. so much better than a non physical one for me <3

Having this thing makes me feel so organised. walk by it everyday and throw as much stuff on as I can so I donβt feel lost but rather feel very adult and hot.

I guess this is less a rec, more just what works for me.
When I'm in really busy eras I have a night where I actually handmake a few months worth of calendars (like literally with a marker, and a ruler, and heavy paper). I hang them up on the wall, and I just start filling them up.
When the busy-ness fades I take the months down and keep them. Also cool because you have an analog record of what you did for a while.

I have a shower. A hot shower. A long shower. I carve out at least an hour for a long shower which includes the following; Curly hair routine (and lose half my head of hair), scrub scrub, clean under nails, shave AND use a foaming cleanser! I love my scalp scrubber too. After the shower I like to do my nails and some skincare. Just helps me feel more on top of things hehe

WHAT A GOOD DAY TO BE ALIVE
New album coming out in September, Blurryface is 10 AND Clancy is 1! I'm so so excited for the new album and good lord am I excited for the lore. Speaking of the lore, my friends are so sick of me rambling incoherantly they've said I can present on it at our next slideshow night. Safe to say there is a document OPEN and being worked on relentlessly. Revisiting all the lore from Vessel (yes I think it starts there) all the way to Clancy is so exciting and so nostalgic. I first started listening in 2015 when Blurryface came out and learnt all the lore during the Trench era and revisiting it is so crazy. Realising I've gained all this knowledge from albums and music videos is crazy work because good god I am discusting educated on this nonsense. If anyone would like a link to the document where I'm going through the lore in chronological order, split into the songs I think are lore accurate, just ask! I'm happy to send you the link.
