Notice the way the sun shines through your window in the morning, count how many ladybirds you see this year, listen to the murmurs of vague conversation from the next room, watch out for the tiny and resilient plants that spring from the cracks in the pavement, hear the change in your Mother’s tone when she talks in her first language to her sister over the phone. Don’t be ignorant to the beauty in mundanity.
or noticing your backyard/local park birds. going outside takes on a new meaning. you follow the seasons and cherish the storms. a glorious hobby and way to live!
It's some sub-brand of Marks&Spencer that existed in the 1990s. I thrifted it under $8 because the thrift store had a sale huh. I'm proud of all my thrift finds but I don't have pics of all of them.
