Tell people what they’ll actually do day to day, the hours you’re actually expecting them to work, and whether the listed salary is an estimate and pay is actually based on commissions. And stop trying to lure people in with cool open concept offices, I don’t care if you have a gym and a pool table
Be yourself ofc…but also there are some things you don’t need to reveal—ambiguity, doubts, for example. I had a few job interviews where I was really honest and said that the position would be a chance for me to ‘explore’ XYZ profession when I should’ve lied and said there was nothing more in the world that I wanted than to have that job and do that work. In other words be enthusiastic and act committed — good luck!
I got him at a particularly difficult point in my life and I’ve had him for 6.5 years now wow!!! He’s always been big, just much larger dimensions than a normal cat as well as being a little chubby lol. He’s a sweetie pie and is finally coming around to his little sister 💛
