I’m making my way through all of Stan Tatkin’s books and I can’t overstate how much they are helping my life.
I started with “Your Brain on Love: The Neurobiology of Healthy Relationships” and it’s a book I’m sure I will re-read forever.
I’ve listened to it on audible as well- it is a GREAT listen, narrated by the author.
