Riffed on my usual matcha order and tried something new last month. Turns out, strawberry matcha is delightful! I enjoyed it so much that Iโve figured out how to make it at home, complete with homemade strawberry milk and freeze dried strawberries crumpled on top. Will definitely be adding this to my at-home rotation.
