cannot overstate how fucking helpful it is to be able to process externally with someone that doesn’t actually know you and has tools to decode your rhetoric to the essence of what you’re actually saying. if nothing else it feels like having a metric ton of weight lifted off your back. shit is honestly incredible when you get a good one
