i admittedly do a lot of stuff alone. which i find comfort in. but there is something about the healing power of making new friends and hanging out with them! it’s important to recharge and reflect… but the healing we are looking for is in each other! we build each other up! we fill each other‘s cups which in turn fills our own cups! make a new friend!! ps if you’re in LA let’s be friends

if you know a guy, let your other guys know!! if you know an acquaintance can get a hold of a service you know is provided by your local library, spread the good word!! befriend people with wildly different skill sets so that we can all help each other!

i strongly think that as a queer person you should surround yourself with people of similar nature for ur sanity. does wonders you would never even expect
a few months into my first college friendgroup, all straight (yet mostly supportive) i felt a constant feeling like something was wrong, or at very least pulling me down. after one certain insensitive comment by my “close friend“,
i realized we didn’t actually have much in common. i made the switch to hanging out with queer people suddenly it felt like j was alive again! to all young queer people i love you and hope u can find ur people ❤️
