the byoc box is as good as it gets price wise at really any fast food restaurant, to the point that i’m sure they're bleeding money every time i order it (which is just about every time i go). you get to pick a “specialty”, a taco/burrito, a side, and a medium drink. i get the gordita, five layer beefy, fiesta potatoes, and baja blast, all for the low, low price of 5.99 dollas minus tax. these items on a normal order will run you almost 14 smackaroos.

I’ve been listening to Slugbug’s “Macintosh Tapes” on and off for a couple of years, but only recently have I actually listened to the rest of the Truck Month album; it’s honestly phenomenal. All of the songs on the album are very electronic and somewhat futuristic sounding, yet often pretty bleak, especially when you read some of the lyrics. Some of them are pretty silly though. It’s super refreshing in that no two songs on the album sound too similar.
