YES!!! if you think about it, when's the next opportunity for you to go blonde if not now? plus after going blonde, it'll be a lot easier to experiment with a wider range of color afterwards (beware of the maintenance tho)
i think if you feel called to it, it's fun! i used to go blonde a lot for years. i will say, i really damaged my hair unnecessarily by never using any leave-in conditioner and i spend a shitload of time in the sun. so if you're in a part of the world where it's also summer right now, just tread with a wee bit of caution. maybe wear some cute hats at the beach and throw in some leave-in every once in a while :-)
So I guess this is less of a product and more of a lifestyle choice. Either way, I canβt recommend it highly enough. I bleached my whole head of previously-virgin hair in December, and every day since has felt like an adventure -- my Blonde Diaries. Iβve been experimenting with different color palettes for clothes and makeup, making new blonde friends, and reintroducing myself to all the staff at my local spots who no longer recognize me. Itβs been a gas.
Snuck away from work this afternoon to get a consultation on dyeing my hair blonde. It's an expensive, reckless, impulsive decision, but 1) i have plenty of time/room to back out and 2) its better than any of my other ideas!!!!
i love the constant feeling of always being busy which forces me to be productive, but I also hate having an exam every week up until finals.. note to self: don't forget to take a break! you deserve it.
